Windows bring in two things nature gives for free: light and fresh air. For three decades the Mohta family has built the frames that let them in.
Villas on East Coast Road, thirty-storey towers on the IT corridor, schools, hotels and temples. Every frame is cut, reinforced, welded and glazed in our own shed at Puzhal, then fixed by our own installers. VEKA supplies our uPVC profiles, Procural our aluminium systems; both are German.

Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride: a hardened PVC with titanium dioxide, impact modifiers, stabilisers and fillers. The ratio and quality of those ingredients decide how long a profile lasts.
Cheap profiles skimp on titanium dioxide, which is why they look ivory and fade. VEKA buys it from a European supplier and uses it in the right proportion, so our frames start white and stay white.
Every profile is reinforced with galvanised steel, sized by our engineers to the window and the wind pressure on site. Our windows on the thirty-storey Baashyaam Pinnacle Crest came through Cyclone Vardha without damage.
No window material is fireproof, aluminium and timber included. uPVC is self-extinguishing: unlike timber it does not spread flame, so it counts as fire-retardant.
Both are sturdy and proven. Aluminium gives more colours and slimmer sections; uPVC insulates better and is excellent value. Tell us about the building and we will recommend one honestly.
